K’IN Gathering: Kaban Awakening

Parking and Car Camping Guide

Parking & Car Camping Information

To help everyone have a smooth arrival and an amazing experience, we want to share how parking and camping will be organized at the venue. Our gathering takes place at the top of a hill, and the property will be divided into different areas for all attendees.

General Parking

Upon entering the property, attendees who do not have a car camping pass will park in the main parking area near the entrance. From there, you will walk up to the camping area.

What to expect:

  • Park near the entrance
  • Walk uphill to the camping area
  • Bring gear transport equipment (see tip below)

Camping Area (No Cars)

This will be the main camping space for attendees.

Important: Vehicles are not allowed in this section.

This area provides a peaceful, car-free environment for traditional tent camping. You’ll be surrounded by fellow festival-goers without the noise and presence of vehicles.

Car Camping Area

For those who prefer to camp next to their vehicle, we have a limited Car Camping Area located closer to the heart of the festival, near the stages, vendors, and restrooms.

Benefits:

  • ✅ Camp next to your vehicle
  • ✅ Closer to stages and vendors
  • ✅ Easy access to restrooms
  • ✅ More convenient for gear storage

Requirements:

  • 🎟️ Car Camping Pass required to bring your vehicle into this area

Limited Spots Available

Car camping passes are limited! If you’d like to secure a spot, make sure to grab your Car Camping Pass when purchasing your tickets.

We look forward to sharing this hilltop gathering with all of you. Prepare your tribe, your camping gear, and your dancing shoes! 🔅🔥

Helpful Tip

If you’re camping in the No-Car Camping Area, we recommend bringing:

  • 🛒 A wagon or cart
  • 🛞 Something with wheels to transport gear
  • 🎒 A sturdy backpack for essentials

Why? Since the gathering takes place on a hill, having a way to move your equipment easily will make your arrival much more comfortable!

See you on the hilltop!
