Complete Your Waiver Before You Arrive
To help us get everyone checked in smoothly and keep the gates moving, all attendees must complete the event waiver before arriving at ILUMINA.
This is a quick online form that covers the basics: assumption of risk, facility rules, emergency medical consent, and media release. By completing it in advance, you’ll breeze through the gate and get to the good stuff faster.
📋 Primary Event Waiver (REQUIRED FOR ALL ATTENDEES)
Everyone attending ILUMINA must complete this waiver:

- ✅ Assumption of risk for outdoor camping, terrain, weather, and activities
- ✅ Pool, hot tub, and cold plunge use
- ✅ Facility and safety rules
- ✅ Emergency medical consent
- ✅ Media release for photos/videos
- ✅ Event policies and removal terms
Please complete this before you arrive at Golden Pine Village on Saturday.
🐕 Bringing Your Dog? Pet Waiver Required
If you’re bringing a dog to ILUMINA, you’ll also need to complete the Pet Waiver in addition to the primary waiver.
This waiver confirms that:
- ✅ You’re responsible for your dog’s safety, behavior, and supervision at all times
- ✅ Your dog will remain leashed and under control
- ✅ You’ll clean up after your dog and dispose of waste properly
- ✅ Your dog is healthy, vaccinated, and appropriate for a loud outdoor event
- ✅ You accept responsibility for any incidents involving your dog
Remember: Loud music, crowds, camping, and lights can be overwhelming for some animals. Please consider whether this environment is right for your pup before bringing them.
